Craig Bates is a Los Angeles-residing, Lake Elsinore.CA-raised, British-born comedian and writer.
Craig’s family moved from Lancashire, England to Fullerton, California in 1983, when he was just an eight year old lad with a blazer, bad hair, and a dream. Since that time, he’s lost his accent, gotten a degree in Television/Flim, hosted a cable television show, studied with the Groundlings and UCB Theater, peformed stand-up at the Ice House in Pasadena and HA HA Cafe in North Hollywood, formed a sketch-improv group called “Over The Top” that performs around the Riverside and Los Angeles Counties, and spends his weekdays working in Multimedia Marketing for a Japanese-owned corporation out of Culver City, CA.
He has been married to his lovely wife, Gina, since 2003. They currently have two cats — Beefy and Booker, and reside in North Hollywood, California.
